Advanced Production Technology
Our polypropylene device, adopting the secondary loop polypropylene technology developed by SINOPEC Engineering Inc. (SEI), represents the third device using the same scale technology, following successful start-up operations of the polypropylene devices of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited (SPC) and the polypropylene device.
Producing polypropylene products by using two groups of serially-connected liquid-phrase loop reactors, the technology represents one of the most advanced and leading polypropylene production technologies at home and abroad and has the advantages of small raw material consumption, good product quality, wide product performance range, etc. Its extrusion and pelletizing system adopts a pure additive feeding system and has the advantages of simple operation, flexible grade switch-over and stable product quality.
